On one wall hangs a poster; it looks like a wanted poster. You take a closer look. It reads:

This mouse is wanted for various crimes of identity against Timothy
Brisby. He has filed suit against Specimen F-5 for
slander and damage of reputation. He has wrongfully impersonated the aforementioned
mouse in a recent movie entitled: The Secret of NIMH 2: Timmy to the
Rescue, which he has denounced any connections with.
Specimen F-5 was a recent escapee from a laboratory of the National
Institute of Mental Health. A representative of NIMH has said that he was
recieving a different series of injections than that of the Rats of NIMH,
but cannot reveal their intended effects. The representative has stated
that Specimen F-5 is likely to act unbalanced, absent of thought, and often
unbearably sappy.
Specimen F-5 was last seen leaving an animation studio under contract
from MGM, the studio that produced NIMH 2, with what appeared to
be a check in hand. MGM will not reveal the amount of the check, but does
admit that Specimen F-5 was doing some contract work for them.
