I've got more than enough reference for the original here at Thorn Valley, but I can't seem to find a good source the sequel. I was hoping to try my hand at drawing Timmy and Jenny in a more Bluth style.

So is there any place I can find any or is it just that disliked?

Yes. Yes it is.

You're no help at all.

lichucklesli Well, in all seriousness, if you're dead set on doing this, I'd recommend grabbing the DVD and then watch it on your computer, using the screengrab function as needed. VLC has a handy screengrab function, if you need recommendations for software to use.

Part of the reason for my extensive collection is that I grabbed it from the VHS source. I haven't done an extensive DVD grab collection precisely because it's so easy to just grab what you want from a DVD directly that I haven't bothered.

Thanks, Simon. I kinda figured that was my only choice, seeing as Google didn't turn up anything. There are some websites with screens from more popular films, but I guess hoping there were some for an unpopular direct-to-video sequel was wishful thinking (though there is one with Disney sequels out there).

I suppose you're probably wondering why I'm doing this at all. You see, I'm one of those weirdos that can actually stand to watch bad movies. If you pretend NIMH 2 isn't "NIMH 2", it's actually an okay movie (but still pretty sucky).
I mainly wanted to see what the characters would look like if Bluth had done them (or at least someone who could draw better).

If you guys are interested, I'll post the results here whenever I get around to it.

Yeah, that sounds about right. Full of plot holes and inane dialog, but I would agree that the general premise isn't terrible.

Sure, why not. We can all have a good laugh. :)

Oh, btw, I just remembered one place that has a few NIMH 2 screengrabs:

Not sure if they'll be useful to you, but hey, they might be.

It's not meant to be laughed at. >_>

Oh, I thought you meant you'd be posting screengrabs. Sorry. n.n;

Oh, that's good, thank goodness.

Now I'm really curious- where the heck did Steve here get those storyboards??

The screenshots & storyboards were part of a selection that was leaked before the film was released to some FTP site in Russia, allegedly. Before you ask, no, I have no way of verifying their authenticity, aside from the fact that they match up with the movie fairly well.
