Hi, everyone. I have fond memories of Mrs. Frisby And The Rats Of NIMH, and actually prefer it to the movie (no offense to those who love the film), but was interested in interacting with other NIMH fans.

Well, anyways, looking forward to my time here. :)

I think you'll find that a number of people here prefer the story in the book; as I've said before, I tend to read the book and imagine the settings and characters as portrayed in the movie. :)

Anyway, welcome!

I loved the movie, but there are also some things about the book that do more. The film just summarized the rats' experience at NIMH, while the book spent several chapters on it.
The film has a magic of its own, though. I think both versions of the story are equally good in their own unique respects.

Thank you for the warm welcome, guys. :D I can see why pple love the movie, and can totally respect that. But yeah, I admit that I do like how the book has more detail and whatnot.

Really? I do as well. I owned a copy of the book a while ago, but I think my mom threw it out (it was pretty old). :-/ I do really like how Justin turned out in the film, he was such an awesome character: great design, voice acting, and personality.
