So, an introduction...

I've been a fan of SoN since I saw the theatrical release in 1982. Saw it many times on TV through the 80's. Still by far the best American animation I've ever seen (For anime it is Ginga Densetsu Eyuu, Legend of the Galactic Heroes). I've read all three of the books (Didn't know there liwereli more than the first till I found this site), though the sequels were a bit dissapointing. The film adds a lilotli to the story, I think, and I really find the art style compelling.

I got motivated to register and post here mainly from the amazing pieces of Paul S. Gibbs' fanfiction on Robin's archive. While much fanfiction makes me run away screaming, his stuff is extremely good. I have all of his Sah'aaran universe works conveniently on my Nokia 770, and now his NIMH stuff has joined it.

Wow, you live all the way down next to the Mexico border? I'm in the heart of California. Anywho, welcome here to Thorn Valley, and have a nice time here too. :)

If I felt like it, I could walk to the border in about an hour or two. Driving, more like 10 minutes. Not that I do, of course.

Oh, and since I haven't mentioned it, and my avatar is not all that great, I'm an anthropomorphic silver fox. I should perhaps at some point persuade someone to draw me a new avatar.
