I'll be using an application for Mac called Unity to create my NIMH game, thats after I buy it 1400 US Dollars of course. Just check out this technical demo of Unity's capabilities.

And this demo is a web-player. Its not Adobe Flash Player. When I buy Unity, i'll be able to publish the end game to a stand-alone Mac OS X Game, Web Player Game and Windows PC Stand-alone as well. Wish me luck :D
