what is a story? how do you write one? better yet, how do you make one original?

Stories are everwhere, when you talk, read the paper, even when you are typing or listening to someone speak. The news, when a car accedent occurs, is that not a story? Merely told in another way. When I type this, am I not typing a story? are you not reading a story?

what story can you see in this? A story of a man typing late at night to try and get a sense of meaning out.

How do you describe a story?...

Describe your favorite movie on this forum. BUT I want you to describe it in one or two sentances. Sum it up right their. If you are REALLY good, you can sum it all up.. in one word.

Example: the movie F8 - Idenity

To put an answer to your questions, is not an easy one. There is a difference between telling a story to illustrate a point and simply making a statement, for example.

But as to the movie description, I'll try it this way.

Star Wars (ANH), The Road Warrior, Highlander.- Anceint myth brought to modern age.

(Im leaving out NIMH as I figured that was a given here)

In one word?
Road Warrior - redemption
