Dear Matthias, Simon, Whiskers, and anyone else in this group who has shown or displayed faith,

I would like to start this post by thanking you all for your positive attitudes, self-control, friendliness and seemingly genuine concern for each other. This truly is a welcome place.

Please forgive me for what I am about to do, as it is not in my nature or desire to place a burden on anyone (my spiritual gift is one of LIFTING burdens, so this hurts a little).

I need your prayers. I need them so badly.

I have been dealing with so much lately and I havenn't displayed the discipline or character necessary to remedy it. I need help from God to soothe my soul and lift me up. May He please lift me up and forgive me. I need a rested spirit and a rested mind. I have given no concession for either lately; my mind for work and school, and my spirit for lack of prayer and study in the Word.

Here is my plea: I beg you, please pray for me. I ask that you do not worry about me if this post seems a little dramatic and defeatist. It is not my intention to burden anyone. But I do so need to know you are intercessing on my behalf. I will be talking to my parents shortly in request for their help and support. Just please pray that I would act in God's will, that He would bless me with peace, and that I would find both growth in character and rest in Him.

God bless you all so very much.

Just to let you all know, I'm doing a lot better today. I'm not nearly as close to that breaking point of stress anymore. :)

Y'all have a good day.

I, unfortunately, missed this request of yours. However, I shall still pray for you; everything good is maintained only through constant effort.

I am very impressing and glad with how you are conducting yourself in your faith. Throughout your stay here you have shown nothing but fine example in how one ought to behave not just as a Christian, but as a person. Truly, you are helpful servant of Christ, willing and able, but also able to humble oneself. I commend you for that; such behaviour and attitudes are all too uncommon in today's world :)

I thank you very much for your prayers, Matthias. Of a surety, I can never have enough of your intercession on my behalf. :)

Any and all character you see in me is a product of God's constant reproof and refining, my parents, and the great Christian people God has placed in my life. Maybe one day I will know a bit of what God calls wisdom by learning from them and Him through His Word. :) I may never be perfect, as being human means we will be flawed until Glory, but may He continue to show me and you His will for our lives, and never fail to reprove and rebuke me when I ere from His path. Amen.

You have all been a constant excitement and encouragement to me as well, as I really have not been able to find a group locally or on the internet who seems to genuinely want what God wants for their lives with such a mature outlook on life. God bless you all so very much.

May God bless you, and keep you, and make His face to shine upon you. And may He show you His love for you, and bring us all constantly back to relying on Him for every thing. And God's name be praised and blessed! Amen.

I know I wasn't asked of this, but I will say:

I'm not, and never have been one to pray in the traditional ways (those seen by the western religions). However, I give you the blessings of nature, that your days will be lessened in their stressing and unkind, dominating weight.

Thank you so much, both you and Xeheglar. I appreciate the thought and the intercession. There's no such thing as praying too late; remember that. God know when you;re about to speak, He knows what you're about to ask or say before you say it, ans He is ready to answer every prayer we raise to Him out of the humbleness of our hearts.
