Ok here's the big reason why Bluth's other great film, the Land before Time shouldn't be getting any of the "sequels" it's been spawing like rabbits.
Now I haven't seen the film in over 13 years but I remember the ending voiceover said this, "And they all grew up together in the Valley. Each generation passing onto the next, the tale of their ancestor's journey long ago." from where I see it thats a pretty good way of saying "And they lived happily ever after"
The only logical way they could have made all these other films is if they took place in subsequent generations. (i.e. LBT 2 would be Littlefoot's kids, LBT 3 the kids from LB2's kids, etc.) The studio's clearly forgot that little tibit of dialouge at the end when they got the idea to make 2-29,000.

I think all those movies were just improvising of what the trio actually went through WHILE they were growing up. They just didn't have to do it in the most corny way possible.

Yo!

My feelings about all of these Land Before Time sequals can be sumed up into two words "no comment"

In my oppinion I feel that the first film was enough: beutifally done, presented well and compelling storyline. Well if I remember correctly as I haven't actualy seen the movie for at least five years  .

I think If they HAD to make another film one was all that was needed not nine! Doing this just spoiled it for me.
