why are you being sarcastic? birthdays are a celebration of ones birth. i really wish people would not think so lowly of them.

Dude, It wasn't just sarcasm, I'm actually serious. Do you know how unstable the weather gets here in Dayton, Texas?

Thinking lowly?! You've really missed my post completely, October is my birthday and the weather in it is horrible (alot of times a little severe). I love birthdays, especially mine, and since it's my birth date in the first place what business of it is yours anyway?

I really wish people wouldn't get so ahead of themselves before they make false judgements.

Dayton, Texas? Are you serious? Dude, I live right over in Mont Belvieu, that's only like 15 miles from there!

...and you're exactly right about the weather around here.

well when you start talking only about the bad weather comming around your birthday to brighten your spirits it does seem a bit sarcastic but i meant no offense. sorry if i did not understand what you meant at any time.

Oh hey, how's it going? Is it raining over their too, we're getting showers still.

GrizzlyCoon

25-04-2005 20:17:49

Yeah, it's been raining all day here too.

This is wierd... I'm kinda scared... I always thought people you randomly talked to online were always from the other side of the United States, for from England or Canada, but 15 miles away? I've probably seen you before at one time or another... there's more cows living around here than people anyway...

So did you ever go to Barbers Hill? Oh, you probably went to Dayton High, right? Did you ever go to a varsity game with the Broncos against the Eagles? I think they usually beat us, I don't remember, I know Liberty was always a heap of trouble to Barbers Hill, their team always played some nasty prank on ours... Do you know Charlie Mitchell? I used to know him, he moved from over here to Dayton a long time ago, he was in troop 105 with me back in our cub scout days. Anyway, are you going to Lee or San Jack now? I'm going to Lee. small world, huh? well, I guess this isn't the right place for all this chatter... sorry...

by the way, back on the subject, my Birthday's December 7. If any of you remember, that's also 'Pearl Harbor' day. I don't care what kind of weather it is, It's all good with me.

Never been to Barbers Hill, but yes, I go to Dayton High.

I don't beleive I did, I always prefer not to care for the games, sorry.

His name sounds a tad bit familiar, but doesn't fully 'ring a bell'. I don't know a lot of people around here, even though I've been living here for all my life.

Anyway, are you going to Lee or San Jack now? I'm going to Lee. small world, huh?

Haven't really decided on where to go yet, a small world indeed.

That's cool. Boy, it's a nice bluesky day today, glad to see the weather cleared out.

Be glad you never went to Barbers Hill. It's a rich school and all, but it absolutely sucked. The teaching environment and methods are horrible, the whole student body are all rich elitest snobs that hang out in cliques acting like they're head and shoulders above everyone else, and these certain elite students enjoy vast advantages over the rest due to their nepotistic relation to the teachers and staff! You know the last years I was there they issued freakin' laptop computers to several of these elite 'honor roll' students, and they never even used them for anything education-related! It was just another excuse for this rich suburban school to blow more taxpayer's dollars on crap to reward the teacher's favorite pet students. These students just screwed around on them for personal use, one time I saw a group of these 'honor roll' students gathered around one of these school-issued laptops watching a snuff porn video.

Barbers Hill is horrible. I'm so glad I dropped out and went to Lee, I just wish I had done so sooner.

Around here, you can be a complete retard or the biggest jerk with no brains and still hop grades. Parents, who think "my little angel didn't steal or beat up a kid, he's special", and send all the money they can to pay their kid through school and cause more problems and distractions to the entire campus and the students. They can even walk out of the campus anytime they want to and suck-up to their guardians for protection that a teacher made him do so or somebody said it was alright, but the teachers here are pretty true to their job and are quite nice.

The attendence office is also poor, you can have your parent sign the papers you need in order for you to be excused from school and they still count you absent, especially after all the annoying calls you get from them.

Our school would think twice as to send even one student in my school a laptop, especially when some students tried to steal them or it's software sometimes from the computer rooms. Sure we get access to the internet, but there is a firewall named "Bessy" that prevents us from going to certain sites.

...sounds just like Barbers Hill. In the 7th grade, we had this sadistic tyrant English teacher/coach named Mr. Stephens who regularly threatened the class with a yardstick he would slam on students' desks and he always taunted us with a wooden paddle and brag about how much he loved giving 'swats' to any student that was tardy to his class, or that forgot to bring a textbook. Almost everyday a student turned up tardy or forgot to bring his/her textbook to class, and Mr. Stephens would rub his paddle mischeviously and take a student outside the classroom door, and then the whole class heard an extremely loud THWACK! coming from the hallway. I forgot to bring my textbook to his class one day, and would have been treated the same way, but the only alternative to that abusive, state-law violating punishment was after school detention, so I though 'what the hey', and sat and read Watership Down after school until 5:30. That was a pretty good book too.

I'm a child of the summer. Born the day after my Dad's birthday and the day before they dropped the first atomic bomb on Japan. (hell of a way to remember a birthday, huh?)
Anyway, I'm just barely legal, at the fun old age of 21. I'd probably enjoy my life a lot more if i wasn't slaving away to the system known as college. Especially in Ohio, where the education system is rated as one of the worst, yet most expensive in the country. Figures.

First of all, why does your avatar say Barney's head rolling around not attached to his body a bad thing. The loss of his head would seem like a very good thing.
Also, I'll be late and say my birthday is June 3. I am the wonderful age of 17. :)

It may be 4 long years. Or it may be 4 wonderful years. I was the former. But it all depends on how bad things go in life. What kinds of people you meet, that kind of stuff. All I can say is, good luck.

Hey, happy bday

Little late, sorry long weekend.
I've got a December birthday: Kinda gets lost between thanksgiving and christmas, but I was never much into celebration anyways. People will often know me for years without actually knowing when my birthday is.

Society is too much into the comercial side of the celebration, as are my parents. as a result I like to let the date pass as quietly as possible and celebrate in my own way.

But thats neither here nor there.

-raises his can-
Have another day of fun and joy on me:
