What was your reaction to NIMH 2

I was rather upset that it was produced without Don Bluth's consent, but for the most part it was a decent ATTEMPT at a sequel.

Notice that "attempt" is in caps for a reason...

Not this again, NIMH 2 sucked.

I think the single memory of that movie that bugs me more than anything else about it is sitting there at the and, and looking at the 'Johnathan Brisby and Son' inscription on that statue and just thinking, "Well where the hell is Mrs. Brisby's statue?"

I would think warning the rats that NIMH was coming for them was at least as big a deal as opening a grate so they could escape.

I just hope the upcoming remake of the first film will be better and will bring back some interest in the story. Even if remaking it seems silly... You really can't improve on perfection and to me The Secret of NIMH really is a perfect movie.

My reaction? I shut off the movie before the second song came on. :lol:
