I kid you not, I was looking on ebay for any NIMH stuff to add to my collection, and I saw a Mrs. Brisby plush for 800$!

If you want to see for yourself look up Mrs. brisby plush on Ebay.

There's no way that'll sell for that price point. Brisby plushies usually go for a quarter of that when auctioned.

1 grand for a plushie that has its eyebrow torn off and eyes scratched?

I hadn't even noticed that. Heck I did a search on completed listings and they had 2 pristine plushies that sold for less than $70 a couple weeks ago. Someone's going to be awfully disappointed.

1/10 of the cost of the Mrs. Brisby plushie and in fine shape.

....Or you can buy food for yourself for a week and a half or something else that won't just be sitting in a collection room gathering dust. But, hey, it's up to you. I don't judge.

I'm actually not a fan of the official plushies. I don't think they look very good even when they're in good condition. I'd rather purchase a good-looking cell or background, although those usually go into the couple-hundreds at least if they're any good. Even then, I'd almost rather just have a scan of the thing in question; I have plenty of stuff as it is.
