Squirrel with the Heart of a Lion.

This mama must have been inspired by none other than Mrs. "B" herself. She was after all, up against incredible odds and yet she fought for the life of her child just the same. (See the pictures below for full story)

A good friend of mine had a pet squirrel he used to keep in his back yard. He would feed it nuts and fruit (usually dried), and the squirrel would keep coming back. One day he woke up only to find a dead squirrel on his back porch, turns out his dog killed it and left it on his porch for supper. How nice.
