I rarely post my sketches on TV, but I liked this one a lot. I was practicing with animated poses, and this was the result. I altered Bella's design a bit--her hair is neater, and she's got a pretty summer dress. =D
She appears to be frightened here, but I'm not sure what of. Or she's belting out an aria. Those can be rather scary, after all. Yeah. I wanted to be a fashion designer when I was little, can ya tell? ;) Hopefully I will get around to properly coloring this. This turned out well, I think.

After a long journey, Lou decided it was time to go home.
Around her shoulder she was caring a bag of old fabric. With her free hand, she supported her precious cargo, a cream coloured baby mouse, her newborn child. In the middle of a field she stopped and for a moment, just listened and breathed the fresh air. She then looked down at the child who slept silently. She chuckled a little to herself as she imagine her friends and family, would be very much surprised by the new arrival. Trying out a new gown design, and this picture is the result. I really like the way this came out. Very moody and dramatic. Done in colored pencil, background in Photoshop.
