The thing that triggered the mood swing, I think, is the fact that I was worried that a very close friend of mine was angry or disappointed in me. Most of you know that my friends are the only thing that keeps me going, and the fear that one of my friends might be angry at me... well, let's just say I wasn't doing so well last night. And finding that sketch book didn't help.. So, after the depression and panic, my mood afterwards, while not being depressed, was quite morbid. Hence this series. I quite like how this turned out. :D Here's Varen's profile: Owner Info: Name: Elizabeth Reason for choosing character: I needed something different on my forums; still with my almost trade mark Gothic style and taste for romance, but something that was not evil nor good. Someone caught in the middle. Played him before?: Nope; he’s completely new to me. XD Notes: Varentain is Valkan’s not-quite-identical twin brother; he has Val’s leg problems, only worse. His legs are much thinner, so he has to wear “pants” and boots with braces in them. He’s still a d**n good fighter, though. He’s smaller than Valkan as well; shorter than his uncle Justin, in fact. Varentain had been working for Darla for a while, but he deemed her clinically deranged when she ordered him to torture and kill a young female mouse for no other reason than the fact that she was a NIMH mouse and a colonist. He faked her death, then his own, disappearing for a while. Now he is at war in an attempt to end a war, killing both Colonists and Outlanders (Jenner’s lot) in an attempt to balance things out. To add to all this, the young mouse that he had saved fell head over heels for him. XD One last note: He was also one of the hardest NIMH designs I have ever done.
